In each of the duties listed below the employee is expected to perform to the highest standards of quality, to strive for maximum customer satisfaction, and to continually look for ways to improve the methods, practices and procedures of this position:
员工必须以最高质量标准要求执行以下列出的每项职责，力争达到客户的最大满意度，并不断改进本岗位工作的方法、实践和程序：

1、 做好仓库各项管理事宜，维护好仓库正常运作。
2、 对仓储进行合理规划与布局，积极配合管理层做好改善的相应事项及追踪。
3、 及时协调、处理与其他单位部门的关系，降低异常的发生，对仓储各项数据进行分析统计。
4、 日盘点，循环盘点及年度盘点规划制定，对帐物准确性负责。
5、 呆滞物料及报废物料管理及控制计划
6、 对仓管员及仓库人员进行相应的培训工作，以提高仓管员等人员的技能。
7、 保证及维护仓库的作业安全,检查库房的防火、防盗设施,及时堵塞漏洞,维护好仓库的各项设施及6S工作。
8、 月度员工考勤，绩效考评和加班规划
9、 月末ERP系统关帐保障及配合财务完成委外核销
10、 呆滞物料及报废物料管理及跟进
11、 办公用品预算及申购
12、 外购类物料接收管理稽核与监控
13、 委外类物料发出及接收管理稽核与监控
