Position: IT Officer
Report to: IT Supervisor
Location: Beijing

Responsibilities:
1. 提供Helpdesk技术支持、解决桌面端问题（各类软件使用、网络及软硬件问题处理）
Helpdesk support for end-users to tackle computer problems including software/application, networking and hardware.

2. SQL 数据库管理维护
SQL database management and maintenance

3. 负责业务系统日常的运行、维护、管理、确保应用系统的安全、稳定、有效运行；
Maintenance and monitor the process, management and operation of company business system, in order to ensure the security, stability and efficiency of company business system

4. 负责门店电脑网络的安装、pos机的安装、维护,确保网络畅通。
Installation of boutique computer system including networking, POS system and so forth.

5. 为门店提供系统使用的技术支持，培训与咨询。
Technical support and maintenance for boutiques on helpdesk, training and consultation.



Qualification
1. 熟悉奢侈品行业的相关流程和业务特性；
Good knowledge on related processes and business feature of luxury

2. 良好的沟通、培训技能, 演示技巧和人际交往能力；
Good training and presentation communication skills. Good at cross-department and people interactions

3. 良好的分析思维能力和解决问题的能力，良好的学习能力；
Good analytical, proactive, flexible and adaptive to situations.

4. 良好积极的工作热情，抗压能力；
Able to multi task, work under stress and motivated passional work attitude
