ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 工作内容

1. To coordinate daily operation issues, like booking, shipping instruction, vessel/flight confirmation处理日常操作，如下单，托书确认和航运信息等
2. To track and trace air shipment status汇报和跟踪每票货的时间节点
3. To file docs in good order将文件存档记录
4. To deal with emergency issues, and communicate with oversea depts..处理日常突发事件，及时汇报给上级
5. To prepare statement制作账单
6. To completed other jobs assigned by manager 完成领导安排的其他工作

SKILLS/BACKGROUND/QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE 录用条件
1. Good English Level—CET 4 at least英文良好，通过四级
2. Good PC skills, exel, 电脑操作熟练
3. Have good understanding of freight forwarding industry对货代行业熟悉
4. Have good understanding of air transportation对国际空运熟悉
5. Be reliable and accountable可靠有责任心
6. Be flexible and independent灵活并独立
7. 3 years’ experience三年相关工作经验
