Job Description
Under the general guidance of theGeneral Manager or his /her delegate within the limits of established LanghamHotels Group， and local policies and Procedures. Oversees and directs allaspects of overall Rooms Division Operation which is includes Front Office,Housekeeping, SPA. Promotes the Desiredwork culture around the five core Values of Trust, Integrity, Respect, One Teamand Service of the Langham Hotels Group and the brand ethos

Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of work experiencein the hotel industry，including at least 5 years at same position in international 5 starts hotel.
- Fluency in spoken and written English
-Strong communication skills withexcellent team-work sprit and leadership skills.
