职位描述：
1、准确、及时、规范地制作业务单证
2、协助执行采购订单和采购合同，落实具体采购流程；
3、协助负责采购订单制作、确认、安排发货及跟踪到货日期；
4、熟悉客人对于工厂验收程序、验收标准等方面的要求，配合专职QC，做好分管客户的工厂验收工作；
5 公司安排的其他工作。
职位要求：
1、大专及以上学历；
2、有一定的外贸行业经验，有柳编、玻璃及其他相关材质园艺类工艺品从业经验者优先；
3、学习能力：善于学习、领会和掌握公司的管理理念、工作方法和工作流程。
4、工作细致认真，责任心强，思维敏捷，具有较强的团队合作精神，英语能力强者优先考虑；
5、有良好的职业道德和素养，能承受一定工作压力。
