Responsibilities:

1.负责GIS产品试验标准及测试方法的审核和监督执行，包括雷电冲击，工频耐压，局放，机械，泄露，过程控制点及 方法等，确保产品满足客户要求；
Be responsible the approval of routine testing criteria and method about our product and execution monitoring, including BIL, PF HV, PD, process control point and method, to be sure meeting the customer requirement.
2. 负责供应商进货要求中的质量检验标准的审核和监督执行；
Be responsible the approval of the incoming material checking criteria and implementation.
3.负责运作过程及现场质量问题的分析，处理，预防的组织，管理；
Be responsible the quality problem handling happened during the process of site internal operation process.
4.负责质量问题解决方案，知识的管理和继承；
Be responsible for the quality solution, knowledge management and inheriting.
5.负责质量控制的计划，流程实施的监督；
Be responsible for the quality plan making，process implementation monitoring.
6. 负责质量控制和质量参与人员的技术支持，知识培训，人员发展,特别考虑到海外市场和全球化的特殊要求。
Be responsible for the quality people development on the knowledge especially the requirement of the oversea market and globalization supporting.

Requirements:

1. 电气工程相关专业本科毕业，8年以上高压电器相关行业工程技术、产品管理、研发或开关测试工作经验；
Electrical engineering bachelor degree, 8 years and above working experience on Engineering, product management, technical development or testing center in H.V apparatus or Switchgear.
2. 具备扎实的技术知识以及良好的技术专研能力；
Has strong technical knowledge background with good study skill.
3. 具有良好的团队合作及沟通能力；
Has good teamwork and communication skills.
4.熟练的英语听、说、读、写能力。
Be excellent at listening、speaking、reading、writing in English.
