Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for control and improvement the quality control of supplied part; 2. Inspect the sample and trail delivery. Make and maintain the product quality requirement and inspection plan. such as resin, Cu-W, drive, etc.;
3. Conduct to analyze and act on the solution against the quality problems coming from the material, process and people, improvement and preventive actions;
4. Plan implementation and improve the quality system on both supplier and connected internal quality process;
5. Study and conduct the inspection process, method, tools and etc. to improve the inspection effectiveness and efficiency;
6. Train IQC technician for mass batch inspection rightly.

1.负责外部供应零件的质量控制和改善；
2.负责样品和批量试制供货的检验, 制定，维护产品质量要求和检验计划，比如树脂绝缘件、橡胶密封圈、铜钨件、机构等；
3.主导分析来料质量问题，提出解决方案，改善和预防措施；
4.计划，实施或改进供应商和相关联的组织内部质量流程；
5.研究和主导检验过程，方法工具等提高进货检验的效率和效能；
6.培训IQC检验员正确进行批量批检验。

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree, major in material, mechanical or electric.
2. Above 4 years relevant work experience.
3. At least 2 years experience in HV switchgear，prior to people who know more GIS product.
4. Know well the ISO9001, QC method and IQC process. 5. Familiar with the quality requirement of relevant parts.
6. Have ability of training IQC engineer and technician.
7. Have good communication skill and team spirit, good at English writing and speaking.

1.材料、机械或电气专业本科，如有环氧树脂绝缘件、铜钨触头件等质量控制经验优先；
2.至少4年以上相关工作经验，熟练使用检验设备及常用检具，如三座标策略。有质量工程师证书者优先；
3.至少2年以上GIS高压开关公司或配套企业工作经验, 对GIS产品了解者优先选择；
4.熟悉质量体系、QC方法和进货检验流程；
5.熟悉相关零件质量要求,了解物料加工工艺和质量控制；
6.具备培训进货检验工程师和技术员的能力；
7.具备良好的沟通技巧和协调能力，英语听说读写良好。
