Responsibilities:

1. 基于客户订单并考虑工厂产能及物料状态制定并维护项目计划以确保项目能及时满足客户要求；
Develop and maintain project schedule based on customer orders to ensure that projects delivery are met via considering available capacities and material availability.
2. 监控项目关键节点并推动各种问题的解决以确保项目按计划交货；
Monitor key milestone status of project and drive the problem solving to ensure project can be delivered on schedule.
3. 制定并维护具体的生产、交货计划以确定每个物料应到货时间以支持项目计划；
Develop and maintain a detailed production/delivery schedule to ensure that individual parts are completed in time to support the project schedule.
4. 与相关团队合作以确保物料及时到货以支持具体的生产、交货计划；
Work with involved teams to ensure that raw materials are available to support the detailed production/delivery Schedule.
5. 定期回顾生产产能，分析生产能力并按需求相应地调整生产计划以平衡产能；
Review production capacity, perform capacity analysis and adjust production schedule to balance production as needed.
6. 与相关的团队合作解决所有与项目相关的生产、交货事项以满足客户需求及平衡生产；
Co-ordinate all project production/delivery issues with involved teams to meet customer requirement and smooth production.
7. 收集并评估与项目计划执行相关的关键绩效指标（如客户服务水平 - 客户要求交货时间与确认时间、实际交货时间，生产计划完成率...）。
Collect and evaluate KPI related to the performance of the Project Schedule (e.g. Customer Service quality, Production Schedule Completion Rate, etc.).

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. At least 3 years working experience for production planning, project management, etc.
3. Strong organization and communication skills, can perform well under high pressure.
4. Strong leadership skills and a sense of ownership are required.
5. Good analytical skills with a strong attention to detail are required.
6. Problem solving and initiative to proactively identify and provide solutions.
7. Good written and spoken English.
