Mission Statement
a)Work with CCRP for product quality issue investigation/analysis，Technical clarification with customer and provide RCA report ;
协助CCRP对产品质量问题进行调查分析，向客户澄清技术问题并整理原因分析报告；
b)Good working attitude and team player spirit, Honesty and responsibility, willing to learn new knowledge；
良好积极的工作态度和团队精神，诚实有责任心，愿意学习新知识；
c)Lead and coordinate Product reliability functions validation，to provide the professional product reliability analysis report finally;
主导和协调产品可靠性功能验证，并提供专业的产品可靠性分析报告；
d)Product fault database management, and to find the chance for product improvement.
产品故障数据库管理，并寻找产品改进的机会。

Main Accountabilities
a)Provide technical supporting for all AIS/GIS Product，analyze the root cause and communicate with customer when product failure
occurred;
对所有AIS/GIS产品提供技术支持,分析故障原因并与客户进行技术交流，尤其是现场故障发生时；
b)Learning and sharing of relevant standards of AIS/GIS product，and typical cases ;
学习和分享与AIS/GIS产品相关的标准，以及典型案例；
c)To develop test plans to verify the reliability of the specified product features;
制定试验计划去验证产品特定功能的可靠性;
d)Product fault database management, and to find the chance for product improvement.
产品故障数据库管理，并寻找产品改进的机会；
e)Work with functional managers to accomplish other task goals.
协助上级完成其他任务目标

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
a)Bachelor degree or above in electrical automation or relevant discipline.
电气工程、工业自动化或相关大学本科学历;
b)At least 3 years’ experience in the field of electric or automation industry,
三年以上电力或自动化相关行业工作经验 ;
c)Excellent knowledge of PPMV product ,be familiar with the standard of PPMV product, example IEC,GB,DL …
熟悉与中压开关设备，熟悉中压电气产品的相关标准，如IEC/GB/DL等
d)Good logical thinking and innovation sense, ingenuity to solve complex problems.
良好的逻辑思维和创新意识, 灵活解决复杂问题;
e)Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills expected, and willingness to travel;
具有良好的外部和内部人际沟通技巧，愿意不定时出差；
f)Good English communication and written skill.
具有良好的英语沟通和写作能力;
g)Good skills in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD is preferred.
能够熟练应用微软Office系列办公软件, 会AutoCAD更佳.
