职位描述
岗位职责：
此职位主要的工作是配合店长开展门店的各项经营管理工作，要求至少精通库存管理、商品管理、陈列管理、团队管理、客户管理中的两项，熟悉营运管理的各项流程。本职位培养方向是未来能独立管理门店，作为未来新拓展门店店长的储备人选。
1、负责门店的综合管理，包括对门店提升业绩的策划、第一时间辅助店长日常营运基本工作。
2、负责门店团队管理， 提供对员工激励和士气提升，保持良好的工作激情。
任职资格：
1、大专及以上学历，适应轮班制；
2、3年以上连锁零售或餐饮业营运管理经验；
3、热爱零售行业，勇于挑战，抗压力强；
4、富有责任心，有良好的沟通协调和独立处理问题的能力。
性格特点描述：
具备一定的超市营运管理经验，对高端零售行业有持续的热情，并且有传递服务热情的特质，执行力强，逻辑思维能力强，并具有良好的沟通协调能力、组织计划能力及发现问题和解决问题的能力，有良好的服务意识，工作细致耐心，性格乐观开朗。

Our Team
Utopz founding team is a group of international friends and oversees returnees with 20 years of diverse partnership experience, including experience from overseas mining investments and management, export trading, American steakhouse, Taiwanese fine dining restaurant, Hong Kong dessert bar at Xiamen China.
From 2014 onwards, the team brings in another international cooperation project on high end supermarket business, with simple aims to share with you the typical living standards and safety food measures from the western world.

Utopz regularly holds experience sharing sessions such as wine tastings, flower ＆ garden shows and cooking demonstrations.
Nutritional‘ready-to-eat’bar for characterised lovers:
Utopz also supplies certain specialities largely on the on-the-spot preparation arrangements such as Canadian bakery, Chinese desserts, business light meals, and other specialty drinks.
