职位描述
岗位职责：
此职位主要的工作是负责门店日常营运工作的执行。入职初期从门店基础工作做起，扎实门店管理工作，通过公司培训、考核可培养为正式的营运管理干部，即储备干部或储备店长。
1、负责门店商品的日常管理工作，包括商品的补货、上货、退货处理、商品陈列整理、价格标签管理、商品卫生、库存商品的管理、商品防盗、收银、设备维护等工作。
2、熟悉商品知识，熟悉工作流程。
3、提供良好的顾客服务，帮助顾客挑选适合的商品。
任职资格：
1、大专及以上学历，适应轮班制；
2、无须工作经验，欢迎优秀应届毕业生应聘；
3、对高端零售行业有较高的热情及兴趣，具备良好的语言表达及亲和力；
4、能吃苦耐劳、责任心强，工作细心，有团队协作精神。
性格特点描述：
对高端零售行业有持续的热情，执行力强，能服从上级工作安排，有独立思考的能力，能主动发现问题并提出改进建议，有良好的服务意识，工作细致认真。

Our Team
Utopz founding team is a group of international friends and oversees returnees with 20 years of diverse partnership experience, including experience from overseas mining investments and management, export trading, American steakhouse, Taiwanese fine dining restaurant, Hong Kong dessert bar at Xiamen China.
From 2014 onwards, the team brings in another international cooperation project on high end supermarket business, with simple aims to share with you the typical living standards and safety food measures from the western world.
