工作描述：
行政工作：
1. 负责公司公用品和固定资产的申购、报废、出入库管理
2. 维护办公整体环境。
3. 公司各项行政费用支出统计及相关表单制作等
4、组织公司年会、员工活动、市场类活动及各类会议；
5.公司对外接待、联谊、公关事宜的组织、安排。
6. 公司行政类供应商监督与管理，并定期提出管理改进建议；
7. 其他临时安排任务
人事工作：
1.员工入职档案管理、关系备案、合同续签、管理等系列工作。
2.负责月度考勤统计、考勤情况跟踪反馈。
3.负责员工年度考核跟踪、实施。
4.相关招聘的系列工作；
5.员工部分的培训工作；
6.其他
要求：
1、3年以上人事行政工作经验，物流行业的优先。
2、高度的责任心、耐心及统筹能力。
3、具备一定的抗压能力和职业素养
4、愿意长期与公司一起发展。
5、具备良好的英语听说读写能力。
