Job Requirements:

1) University graduate with minimum 5 years SAP experience within the SAP FICO functional area
2) Knowledge of SAP SD processes is a plus
3) Good knowledge/experience with BW usage is added advantage.
4) Good skill in using Microsoft Software
5) Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
6) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong learning capability

Job Responsibilities:

1) Act as a proactive business partner to the business, identifying and consulting IT and process innovations to the DORMA business functions.
2) Develop the business application architecture from a global perspective to achieve the best possible solution for DORMA (minimum systems, maximum efficiency).
3) Enable and motivate the business organization to deliver a maximum of global standards.
4) Use the global standards to achieve simplicity and to enable short and parallel implementation projects.
5) Ensure efficient process integration over all business applications.
6) Closely work with Area IT and HQ functions to ensure Local, Area and Group business solutions are aligned and complement one another.
7) Consult HQ and Area business functions regarding functional process integration.
8) Support the business functions to increase their efficiency by process audits.
9) Enable all entities and employees to conduct business in line with applicable laws and regulations, as well as with global and local policies and procedures and the companies code of conduct.
10) Implement group strategic business application projects.
11) Scope of position:
Core: ERP, ECM, SCM,
Interface to: Sales & Marketing, BI
with main focus on: Business Process Modeling,Consulting and Implementation.

多玛的历史---
1908年，Rudolf Mankel和他的妹夫Wilhelm Dorken在德国小镇Ennepetal创建了Dorken & Mankel KG公司。公司生产的第一件产品是门用双向铰链和有槽螺钉。在二战的剧变之后，1905年，多玛公司推出TS50闭门器，奠定了多玛公司作为当今世界门控产品市场领导者的基础。在1962年，多玛公司开始生产一系列的自动门产品，由此向自动门系列产品市场跨出了第一步。1970年，D？rken & Mankel KG公司重新命名为多玛股份有限公司，并且家族的第三代人Karl- Rudolf Mankel开始领导这个家族公司。此后，多玛公司开始了其全球发展战略，并且不断地拓展新的产品领域。1976年公司着手生产玻璃系统组件和配件，1977年创建了专门研究生产玻璃系统组件的机构DORMA-Glas。2010年，闭门器销量高达1亿件，并且在2013年实现公司年销售额突破10亿欧元。2015年，宣布与凯拔公司合并。

凯拔的历史---
1862年，Franz Bauer先生在瑞士创建锁匠商铺和现金出纳机厂，并且在1934年获得双面钥匙专利。1975年，公司推出首套电子保险柜系统，并且在1985年的时候在日本设立首家分支机构，使得亚洲的业务得到了扩展。在2001年的时候，公司收购了Unican公司，整个集团业务得到了翻倍的增长。在2008年，公司推出全新的RCID/TouchGo门锁系统，并且在2014年实现了年销售额突破10亿瑞士法郎。2015年，宣布与多玛公司合并。
