Key Responsibilities & Tasks

·Manage daily material plan, make sure production material deliver on time.

·Knowledge of production planning and inventory management. Control the inventory based on company strategic plan.

·Implement supply chain initiatives that provide end-to-end integrated opportunities for efficiency.

·Responsible for establishing, executing and tracking project plans, utilizing fundamental project management techniques, within specific areas of responsibility.

·Assists in the development of business strategies to accomplish business unit objectives.

·Supporting supplier management including supplier evaluation, performance measurement and supplier development.

·Data analysis for purchasing history in order to find opportunity to improve purchasing efficiency and leverage the purchasing resources.

·Drive continuous supplier performance improvement in terms of quality, delivery, competitiveness, responsiveness and technical support.

·Participate in continues improvement project of the company and department.

·Training in Kanban, JIT and Lean Manufacturing Principles Experience with scheduling, production planning, forecasting and inventory control in a manufacturing environment.

Experience & Qualifications

·University degree. Engineering background and mechanical will be better.

·5-8 years working experience in buying function or equivalent areas.

·Good in both spoken and written English.

·Basic knowledge of business principles such as purchasing, supply chain, e-commerce.

·Materials logistics, business and contract law, finance and accounting as typically acquired.

·Strong communication capabilities with strong ownership & accountability.

·Must be a quick learner, good team player and an effective problem-solver, self-motivated; able to work independently.

·Well Excel & PPT skill.

Estimated Travel

·10% within and/or out of China.
