　　Position Summary:
　　 Responsible for hearing aid acoustic design and manufacturing, to manage the product with an objective of quality and on-time delivery, responsible for working and qualifying the acoustic and electronic components of hearing aid.
　　
　　
　　
　　 Main Responsibilities:
　　 1. Hearing aids design, components selection, performance test, hearing aid test software development and trial production run, meantime implement technical competence.
　　 2. Hearing aids algorithm acoustic performance validation and verification.
　　 3. Provide and share expertise and specialist knowledge of best practice in dedicated area.
　　 4. Liaison with HQ technical Dept. and execute project plan to ensure that all deliverables are met timely and qualified.
　　 5. Organize, coordinate related people to achieve all project deliverables.
　　 6. Understanding new product introduction process and product development life cycle.
　　 7. Continuously contribute, develop and implement ideas that improve performance.
　　 8. Other tasks assigned by the superior.
　　
　　
　　
　　 Requirements:
　　 1. Bachelor or above, major in Acoustics.
　　 2. Be proficient in AutoCAD, Orcad or other electronic design software.
　　 3. Be proficient in programming in LabView, and visual Basic.
　　 4. Knowing microphone, receiver, transducer or other electronic acoustics components would be great.
　　 5. Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Chinese.

 1869年，丹麦大北集团成立。
 1870年，丹麦大北集团在中国铺设海底电缆，拉开中国远距离沟通的序幕。
 1943年，瑞声达听力集团前身达那福公司成立，开始专业化、大批量生产助听器，并为用户提供个性化听力解决方案。
 1986年，在中国厦门合资成立厦门鹭丹助听器有限公司，将先进技术带到中国。
 1999年，丹麦大北集团斥资4亿多美金收购了多个世界知名助听器与听力检测设备品牌。
 2003年，占地面积近1万平方米的新厂房在厦门落成。
 2004年，瑞声达新康特系列3D全数字助听器在全球同步上市。
