ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

? Adherence to SYKES policies on ethics and integrity.
? Management and support to the sales team
? Well support sales organization and organic growth by timely and competitive RFP/Pricing response
? Sales process management and analysis of the sales project
? Create Complete Functioning bidding Process and RFP/Pricing Knowledge Base/Toolkits
? Producing the bidding brochure
? Standardize sales Solution Menu through operation and finance analysis and conclusion
? Create Case Study Suite on sales Solution
? Management of the clients' information
? Regular Market Study and reporting to update industry and competitor's progress.


QUALIFICATIONS

? Strong experience of project management, having bidding experience preferred
? 5+ years IT or customer service industry experience, having the management experience of call center preferred
? Excellent oral and written English ability, having oversea background preferred
? Sound communication skill
? Strong logical thinking and analytical ability
? Ability to work under pressure and work in a fast-paced environment
? Above Bachelor Degree, MBA preferred
