ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Adherence to SYKES policies on ethics and integrity.

- Well support sales organization and organic growth by timely and competitive RFP/Pricing response

- Create Complete Functioning bidding Process and RFP/Pricing Knowledge Base/Toolkits

- Work closely with internal departments and external partners and allies in the development and implementation of strategies, plans, and business models.

- Develop account plans for a targeted group of prospects. Identify potential business opportunities and contact the principals to identify if these opportunities could lead to business for SYKES China.

- Meeting with prospect clients operating in China, understanding their needs and concerns, and develop solutions with the help of local operation

- Provides support to upper management in deal negotiations, contract development, due diligence, and other business development or alliance development projects.

- Create Case Study Suite on sales Solution

- Regular Market Study and reporting to update industry and competitor's progress.

CORE COMPETENCIES:

Knowledge

- Nationally recognized Bachelor degree or equivalent is a minimum

- Good understanding of telecom, IT sectors and call center environment preferred

- Minimum 5 years working experience as sales/client services in which at least 3 years' experience in supervisory/management level

- Strong experience of project bidding

Skills

- Excellent oral and written English ability, having oversea background preferred

- Computer skills (MS word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

- Strong interpersonal, presentation and problem solving skills (i.e. questioning techniques, insight, relationship management, negotiating/closing);

- Smart, Mature, independent, well-organized and detail-oriented

- Ability to work under pressure and work in a fast-paced environment
