Responsibilities:
工作职责：
1. Communication with CCHS member daily to get the complaint information from customer
与售后服务人员进行日常沟通，及时了解客户投诉信息
2. Analyze the complaints and find the quality improvement opportunity , set up cross functional team to resolve critical issues
对客户投诉进行分析，寻找质量改进机会，必要时成立跨部门改善项目
3. Follow up the actions implementation and validate their effectiveness
对客户投诉的改进措施进行跟踪，并认证其有效性
4. Follow up the issue in customer complaint system and CAR system to assure their implementation efficiently and effectively
对公司客户投诉系统和CAR系统中的问题进行跟踪，确保其及时有效的解决
5. Analyze the complaint data in period to assure the main issue resolved timely, and the complaint target meet the company＆ Schneider requirement
对客户投诉数据进行分析，确保主要问题得到解决，客户投诉目标达到公司和集团年度目标
6. Take the process audit and product audit according to yearly schedule
每年制定计划进行过程审核和产品审核
7.Participant the quality system audit of company
参与每年的质量体系审核
8. Other works related to customer satisfaction
其它和提高客户满意度相关的工作

Requirements:
任职要求：
1. Bachelors degree in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering
本科以上学历；电气或机械相关专业；
2. Minimum 3 years relevant experience（Quality management, electrical or mechanical engineering）
3年以上相关工作经验（质量管理或机械电气工艺工作经验）
3. Good English skills（CET4 at least）
熟练的英语沟通能力（CET4级以上）
4.Good problem analysis and solving skills
良好的问题分析及解决技能
5. Good communication and co-ordination skills
良好的沟通技能及协调能力
