职位描述
Job Responsibilities:
1.Work with Regional and global purchasing management to support engineering sites on new pruduct design and implementations
2.Execute purchasing portion of the new ITB PMP and meet needed deliverables
3.Interface with ITB and Schneider commodity managers to identify proper suppliers and technologies for new product Design a Buy-out Process and developed IT Tools required within the Projects activity
4.Manage material target costing and supplier schedules to programs in concept, definition and design phases
5.Perform cost modelling and competitor product cost and feature analyses with engineering
6.Manage new product programs to meet ITB gross margin targets from a material cost standpoint
7.Support multi-sourcing strategy and/or supplier agreements on new designs
8.Assist production purchasing in driving value engineering projects (QVE) with engineering
9.Assist production purchasing in driving complex, high technology alternate sourcing projects
10.Share best practices in advanced purchasing process between engineering locations and different Schneider entities
11.Improve PMP process, supporting tools, and hand-off to production purchasing teams
12.Influence global Schneider productivity metrics to include PMP savings, muli-sourcing, concentration etc..
Job Requirements:
1.5 - 7 years of purchasing experience, prefered experienced in Engineering or quality filed.
2.3 - 5 years of project management experience
3.3 -5 years of global purchasing experience
4.Well rounded production material commodity purchasing experience
5.Multinational exposure with Industry experience in the purchasing.
6.Proven track record in leading organizational change
7.Culturally sensitive
8.Good communication and organizational skills
9.Ability to work across all various team, such as engineering, commodity and management
10.Documented examples where the candidate has led similar project implementation and delivered results 11.Understood & obey the requirement of EHS(Environment, health and safety)
12.Fluent in english
