Responsibilities:

1.People Management

2.Improve the customer satisfaction and service efficiency together with CCC, Customer quality, FSE, warranty, spare part logistic.

3.Improve and solve the problem which is on site together with LOB, HBN , R&D and other service org

4.Coach repair technicians to do the repair, defective problem analysis and lead the improvement effort.

5.RMA Work scheduling and prioritizing

6.Project work for new products which be located in GCN together with Product management team,scheduling training and estimate the workload.

7.Monthly reporting to worldwide repair services, data for LOB and HBN.

8.Work with WW Repair team to Implement the WW repair policy and KPI

9.5S workplace safekeeping


Requirements:

1.Engineering degree or equivalent degree of Bachelor

2.More then 5 years working experience in electric companies

3.Good English level both oral and written.

4.Good at office software operation.
