Main Tasks主要职责
1.Organising training modules including sending information to trainee, organising all logistical aspects for the training session and collecting and compiling the material for the delegate packs. 组织处理培训模块的相关事务,包括:通知培训学员相关信息,组织培训相关的所有常规工作,编印讲师分配的相关资料。
2.Collect the post-module evaluation and key in master sheet.收集培训课程评估并输入培训评估总表
3.Dealing with all incoming enquiries for all of the training programmes.接待处理所有与培训项目相关的咨询
4.Follow enquiries and process any bookings.根据需求完成相应预定工作
5.Keep all relevant spread sheets up to date.保证相关表单及时更新
6.Helping organise, write and send out training material.协助组织、撰写并分发培训材料
7.Responsible for regular training report generation in a time manner 负责按时间顺序撰写、管理培训报告
8.Providing general admin assistance and support for the XM Training and Development Manager.为厦门培训和发展主管提供常规的行政协助与其他支持
9.Be prepared to work and help on a number of developing projects/tasks.准备好为今后一系列的发展项目/任务提供协助与支持

Furthermore, the mobile application currently provide remote start function to the users of four specific vehicle models of SGM, including 2011 Escalade and SRX of Cadillac, New LaCross and Enclave of Buick.
