职位描述

工作内容:30%授课,70%课程开发设计、培训管理、作为公司智囊团提供方案建议并推进以提升业务部门的工作绩效。
The position is responsible for assessing training needs, developing new hire and ongoing training courses, implementing and training curriculum, then evaluating training and performance effectiveness to assure business and subscriber needs are met by our call center advisors. As a Curriculum Developer for Shanghai OnStar, you are critical to advisor success in delivering quick response and excellent service to our subscribers. The Curriculum Developer focuses on all aspects of training and advisor learning and works to continuously improve training delivery, advisor performance, and knowledge retention.

Key Job Elements:
1.Develops and manages assigned curriculum from development to end user assessment utilizing a variety of media for call center advisors.
2.Interfaces with external consultants, suppliers and Shanghai OnStar staff to obtain and leverage resources for the design and delivery of programs that support production goals and objectives.
3.Interfaces with business process leaders to ensure that curriculum supports customer satisfaction goals and business initiatives.
4.Conducts needs analysis with business process leaders to determine if an issue does or does not require training
5.Conducts task analysis through call center advisor observation to assure training initiatives and methodologies support production and positively impact early advisor performance.
6.Revises training materials based on assessment results and changes in policy or procedures.
7.Incorporates feedback from trainers, advisor performance, and surveys into curriculum.
8.Conducts periodic classroom audits of training curriculum effectiveness.
9.Delivers training to trainers and to advisors.
10.Provides training support and consultation to training teams.
11.Acts as Subject Matter Expert for training initiatives.
12.Monitors advisor performance through call monitoring and advisor performance.

Education Required:
BA/BS degree in Education, Human Resource Management, Business or equivalent work experience
Preferred: Master’s degree in Instructional Design

Qualifications Required:
1.Bi-Lingual (Chinese/English)
2.Strong desire to work in a dynamic, start-up business
3.Ability to deal with ambiguity and deliver on business objectives
4.Training or curriculum development experience
5.Strong verbal and written communication skills
6.Excellent presentation skills
7.Excellent organizational skills
8.Ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization
9.Expert PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc)

Preferred:
1.Minimum 3- 5 years writing and facilitating adult learning curriculums
2.Recent successful training and development experience in a major inbound/outbound call center
3.Creative thinker
4.Strong problem solving abilities
5.Call center experience
