主要职责：
1.上级公司安全管理条线的领导下，对本公司的安全生产管理工作负责。制定，落实，检查，考核公司的施工安全，生产安全，消防安全，环境保护等。
2.负责公司的环境，生产安全，消防安全，职业健康安全及公司安全保卫管理体系。及时解决，处理，反馈营运过程中出现的问题，确保公司生产安全，消防安全，职业健康，环境保护等工作得到落实。
3.组织员工进行安全意识，安全消防技术知识，安全消防标志标识，安全规章制度方面的培训，新员工经培训后方能上岗。
4.负责对公司机电设备进行安全性能验收，所有机电设备需经验收合格方可使用。
5.对临时用电，防火设备及机械设施，生产办公现场进行日常检查，对发现的安全隐患责令相关部门及人员限期整改，对整改的结果进行复检，并记录检查日志。
6.依电工专业角度，及时有效对现场电力设备、设施进行维护管理，确保各电力设备、设施正常有效的运作，从而有效支持现场作业运作。
7.及时有效作好各设备台账管理，并执行例行设备巡检，确保各电力设备、设施安全运作。
8.依电工专业角度，进行用电系统数据分析与勘测，从而诊断布线情况是否合理，确保企业更加有效的管理及跟进供应商，避免各项费用的不必要支出浪费，从而，更加安全有效的用电作业。
9.协助部门经理进行装修供应商和管理及具体事宜的跟进实施，确保各项基础设备安全投产以及协助各项行政后勤支持保障工作。
10.对严重的安全生产隐患，必要时可越级向上级公司主管安全生产的领导汇报，采取果断措施，以杜绝事故发生。
11.负责及时将生产安全，消防安全情况，隐患整改情况汇报给部门经理。
12.负责编制安全生产，应急预案等计划方案。收集安全生产中好的做法并进行推广，及时提议表扬在安全生产中的突出人员，对违反安全生产操作规程等不良现象要及时制止，通报批评，情节严重的要建议处罚并辞退。
13.发生安全事故时，要立即保护现场及时上报，并积极参与调查和处理。
14.协助做好行政部其他工作。

任职资格：
1.具有较强的计划、组织、分析、协调和沟通能力
2.熟悉国家相关的法律法规、政策
3.熟悉生产安全/消防安全/环境安全及车辆安全及相关操作流程
4.掌握突发事件的相应处置流程及方法
5.3年以上相关安全管理经验
6.大专及以上学历
7.具备基础英语水平
8.能独立操作Office办公自动化软件
9.具有安全员、 高低压运行电工证等相关的资格证书
10.会强电操作和汽车驾驶者优先

Shanghai OnStar launched its mobile app. in Jun. 2011, which is the only telematics service in China that offers a vehicle integrated mobile phone application. Users can conveniently utilize the functions of a traditional smart key via their mobile phones, such as horn and lights, and door lock/unlock. In addition, users can check mileage, fuel level and tire pressure. Furthermore, the mobile application currently provide remote start function to the users of four specific vehicle models of SGM, including 2011 Escalade and SRX of Cadillac, New LaCross and Enclave of Buick.

    上海安吉星信息服务有限公司(“安吉星”)是美国通用汽车、上汽集团和上海通用汽车于2009年10月28日正式新建立的合资公司，总投资额超过3亿元人民币，并于2009年底为上海通用汽车在中国生产、销售的旗下各主力车型提供汽车安全信息服务。作为通用汽车和上汽集团各自的全资子公司，OnStar和上海汽车工业销售有限公司分别持有安吉星40%的股权，而双方在华合资企业上海通用汽车公司持有安吉星的20%股权。
