Responsibilities:
- Grow volume, revenue & share in assigned accounts aligned with channel strategy
- Negotiate CDA trading terms, develop & implement ASAP
- Work with TM & MU (RU) for KA planning (Vol/D&A) & account level sales development objectives.
- Define GMS for assigned accounts & work with field sales to execute the same.
- Drive KA national/Regional coverage agenda
- Build up strong customer relationship & wiring to leverage FL business philosophy
Quantification and conditions:
1. Bachelor Degree with 3-5 years of field sales experience, FMCG experience preferred with above 3 year KA management skill
2. Solid pragmatic thinking and problem solving skills
3. Multiple channel sales experience preferred
4. Good communication and coordination skill
5. Strong selling skill
6. Professionalism, dependability and desire for challenge
7. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
8. Good English language skill
9. Excellence computer skill
Responsibilities:
1. Achieve the business development based on the trail policies
2. Communicate and nego. on contract articles
3. Support KA managers to manage KA business
4. Work with sales team to set the KA plans and objectives
5. Keep good relationship with key accounts
Quantification and conditions:
1. Skills on communication and negotiation
2. Strength in analysis and plan
3. Troubleshooter and complete several tasks simultaneously
4. College degree or above
5. Operate MS office smoothly
6. Excellent English excellent in both speaking and writing
7. Served in FMCG over 2-year, KA management experience can be a plus
8. Team Player
