职位要求：
1、25岁以上，市场营销、建筑材料、建筑工程类相关专业大专以上学历；
2、有2年以上建材、房地产企业相关销售工作经验，能独立开发新客户、代理商及客户售后服务工作经验；
3、熟悉建筑胶、铝材行业、工程塑料等建筑行业。
4、敢于挑战自我，沟通能力强、表达能力好。

主要职责：
1.负责公司产品相关市场调查分析，对客户进行有效分析，制定新客户开拓目标；
2.负责新客户的档案建立、意向客户的跟进、订单合同的洽谈及签订、订单售后服务；
3.依据公司销售计划和目标，执行销售任务，完成业绩指标；
4.负责收集市场信息，掌握市场动态、特点、趋势，整理市场报告反馈给公司；
5.负责项目的跟进及货款回收，确保公司利益。
销售+提成 一经录用待遇从优。
