主要工作职责Key Roles:
? 协助贷款专员处理贷款申请Assist mortgage specialist to prepare and process related documentations for loan applications.
? 提供贷款客户相关服务（汇款，结购汇，其他交易）Handle customer's inquiries and follow up with loan related process(remittance, FX and other transactions
? 与相关部门协调客户开户及放款等相关事宜Coordinate and follow up with internal departments on loan disbursement and account related process.
? 协助风险管理部对逾期客户进行催收，必要时需上门走访Assist in collection matters for overdue customers, conduct on-site visit with Consumer Risk if necessary
? 与贷款运营部协同跟踪期房进度，确保在预抵押登记转换成抵押登记流程中银行的权利Work with Loan Operations for the tracking of PUC properties and ensure the bank’s rights in the process of converting pre-mortgage registration into mortgage registration.
? 如有需要，准备相关报表Preparation of various management reports per request
? 熟知银行的合规要求及规则，遵守银行道德及行为准则，严格按照银行业务操作步骤及流程开展业务Understand and comply with Bank’s Code of Ethics and Conduct and all established processes
? 遵守所有的信息安全标准和方针Ensure customer confidentiality and data integrity
岗位要求Key Requirements:
? 本科及以上学历, 至少3年以上相关工作经历Bachelor degree or above with at least 3 years relevant working experience
? 独立工作，积极主动，能够承担责任Able to work independently, responsible and with proactive attitude
? 注重细节，灵活协调内外部客户Detailed-orientated, flexible in dealing with both internal and external customers
? 良好的沟通和人际交往技巧Good communication and interpersonal skills
? 熟知按揭贷款产品及相关法规、信贷政策者将优先考虑Sound knowledge of mortgage loan products, regulations and credit policies will be preferred
? 良好的普通话和英语，良好的计算机软件应用知识Proficiency in both Chinese and English, with good knowledge of PC application software
