工作职责：
1. 与客户就出货、订舱、提柜等事宜进行沟通，以达到客户要求；
2. 根据客户的出货计划，与船东协调订舱、提柜等事宜；
3. 协助客户准备装箱相关文件，以保证货物准时装船；
4. 收集客户相关文件以便目的港清关；
5. 向客户出具FCR/HBL；
6.更新系统中的货物订舱、运输信息，以便客户查看；


基本要求：
1. 大专以上学历；
2. 熟练使用电脑；
3. 相关行业经验；
4. 良好的英文水平；
5. 能接受加班；


I. Primary Accountabilities
1. Communicate with vendors for production, booking and cargo delivery to meet Customers’ ordering schedule.
2. Co-ordinate with carriers for shipment bookings/equipments to meet vendors’ production schedule.
3. Co-ordinate with the vendors for container loading information for SI transmission to the carriers enabling containers to be loaded onboard the planned vessel.
4. Collect vendors documents, collate and assembly with carriers BL and dispatch to the broker for cargo clearance at destination. .
5. Prepare FCR/HBL and issue to vendors for payment negotiation.
6. Update booking/shipment information in system to provide information visibility to Customers

1. College’s Degree or above
2. Good PC skills (basic office application software)
3. Good communication and learning skills
4. Good knowledge about trading & transportation
5. Can speak mandarin & English
6. Willing to work overtime
