职位描述
Overview:
Report to Project Manager in Program Management Office of China & South Asia.
Responsible for projects management, IT compliance & risk management, TE Operating Advantage (TEOA) activities coordination in China.
Responsibilities & Qualifications:
Primary Responsibilities:
1.Planning, executing and evaluating projects according to pre-determine timelines and budget.
2.Building and managing project teams, reporting to project sponsors, and ensuring quality control throughout project life-cycles.
3.Monitoring IT compliance issues and cases, and tracking the following actions.
4.Supporting IT internal audits & Small Site Assessment, and tracking the following actions, .
5.Facilitating process simplification & optimization, and TEOA activities with site IT colleagues.
Competencies & Experience Required/Desired:
1. Minimum 8 year IT operation experience, including infrastructure or application.
2. IT project experience working with cross function teams to define strategy and objective, develop implementation plans, manage the progress and achieve quality results.
3. Demonstrated experience using project management methodologies.
4. Deep understanding of IT compliance and risk management. Solid experience of IT audit (SOX is better).
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for driving strategic initiatives through diverse organizations.
6. Ability to work with multiple projects and work streams at one time. Must be able to deliver results based upon project deadlines.
7. Must be able to occasionally travel and flex daily work schedule to allow for time-zone differences for global team communications.
Educational Required/Desired:
1.Bachelors degree or above.
2.Major in Computer science or computer related field
