Major Responsibilities

- Provide quality service to key account customers including daily trace and track report maintain

- Closer cooperation with space controller, documentation and airport operation.
- Strictly follow company standard operation procedure in order to ensure effective workflow among each team.
- Verifying all documents/statement created by operator
- Handle local and overseas customers/ agents enquires including phone call and e-mails
- Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure smooth operations

Key Qualifications

- College Degree or above
- More than 2 years experience in international freight forwarder
- Knowledgeable of operation process of air freight

- Good spoken and written English

- Good communication skills and coordination capabilities
- Good PC skills in MS office
- Immediate available is preferred
