岗位职责:
1、 负责收发传真、接听电话及联络事宜；
2、 订单、回单文件的处理、文件归档工作；
3、 相关报表制作；
4、 处理客户投诉及相关事宜。

任职要求：
1、 责任心强、沟通能力强、吃苦耐劳；
2、 中专以上学历，；
3、 熟练使用办公软件及办公设备；
4、 具有客服相关经验优先考虑，有志于客服方向的应届生亦可。
