Duties and responsibilities
Responsible for supporting Planning
Manager to ensure effective and efficient fulfilment of all department duties.
Responsibilities will cover key areas such as:

1.Oversight of department
core activities （including but not limited to: production schedule planning,
documentation control, capacity planning, report preparation） to ensure product
schedule targets and company objectives are met
2.Leading lean process
improvement / continuous improvement initiatives
3.Analysis of historical
performance and trends, investigating issue areas, producing recommendations and
driving improvements
4.Consolidation of department metrics dataset

5.Preparation of senior level communications materials （presentations,
reports, charts, etc）
6.Coaching and developing junior team
members
7.Deputising effectively for Planning Manager during any
absence




Qualifications and Requirements
1.University degree in Engineering discipline preferred, but not
essential
2.Minimum 5 years experience in Planning in an Aviation environment
（engine overhaul experience preferred）
3.CAAC Licence Holder preferred, but
not essential
4.High level of computer skills in MS Office, Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, Access, Visio software
5.Previous experience in using SAP
business systems
6.Accreditation in lean process improvement implementation,
and continuous improvement initiatives
7.High standard of English language
skills （minimum level BULATS Grade C1 or equivalent）
8.Strong communication
and people skills
9.Comfortable dealing with people in a global work
environment
10.Seeking results-oriented candidates with a strong work ethic
and sense of responsibility
