Primary responsibilities and tasks:
主要职责和工作
1.Supervision, development and
effective operation of the Stores Department as directed by the
SLM.
由仓库物流部经理指派，监督、发展及有效地运作仓库。
2.To ensure maintenance and improvement of
the procedures and processes of the SAP business system in relation to Stores
functions.
确保维持和改进SAP系统中与仓库工作相关的程序和流程。
3.Through the training program
maintain awareness of industry standards, material handling techniques, storage
methods and regulatory requirements to achieve maximum effectiveness of the
Stores
facilities.
通过培训方案保持对工业标准、物料装卸技术、储藏方法和法规要求的了解，以使仓库能够达到最大效率。
4.Provide
Receipt Inspection to ensure product and services comply with TEXL orders and
certification requirements.
进行收货检查，确保产品和服务符合TEXL的订单和证明文件的要求。
5.Ensure
timely reporting and secure segregation of non conforming products, including
follow up actions and closure of the
issues.
确保及时报告和可靠地隔离不可用件，包括跟进措施和解决这些问题。
6.Supervision of the Accumulation
area and Kitting preparation for issue in line with production
requirements.
监督与生产部要求一致的集件和配套工作。
7.Supervise and monitor the stocktaking
programs and ensure target completion for financial year end closing and
auditing.
监督监控存货方案，确保完成本财政年度的结算和审计目标。
8.Actively support Continuous
Improvement, EHS, Human Factors and other programs as
required.
积极支持持续改进、EHS、人为因素和其它必要的计划。
9.Other task as directed by the
Company.
公司下达的其它任务。

Position Requirements
职位要求
1.Degree or
equivalent in a Supply Chain or Logistics discipline or associated
subject.
具有供应或物流学科或相关专业的本科学位或同等学历。
2.At least 5 years experience in Stores
Supervision / Management of Supply
Chain.
五年以上供应链仓管监督/管理的工作经验。
3.Intermediate or higher level of computer
skills in MS Office, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access, Visio
software.
中级以上办公自动化、Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access, Visio
software等计算机软件操作能力。
4.Good standard of Mandarin and English language
skills.
较强的普通话和英语能力。
5.Strong leadership skills, combined with excellent
communication and people skills. Comfortable dealing with people in a global
work environment.
优秀的领导能力，良好的人际沟通技巧。适应在国际化环境中工作。
6.With the experience in
Stores Supervision / Management of Supply Chain in an Aviation Maintenance
environment is preferred.
拥有航空维修领域的供应链仓管监督/管理的工作经验者优先。
7.Previous
experience in using SAP based databases preferred but not
essential.
最好但不必须具备基于SAP的数据库经验。
