职位描述
Duties and Responsibilities工作任务和职责
1.Production documentation control: issue,
tracking, collection and verification of production work orders and task cards
used in maintenance and supporting
activities；
生产文件控制：负责发放、追踪、收集和核对在维修和支援工作中使用的工作指令和任务单卡。
2.Production
process control: provide support for maintenance activities to meet objectives
through planning of production schedules, daily review of maintenance progress
and resolution of issues raised, and supporting continuous
improvement；
生产流程控制：通过生产排程、回顾日维修进程和解决问题等方式，为维修工作提供支持以实现目标的持续性改进。
3.Data
processing and report preparation, to support technical records consolidation
and regular performance
monitoring；
数据整理及报告准备，以支持技术资料的维护和日常运作的监督。
4.Co-ordinate with other
departments on issues relating to product inductions, maintenance processes,
Turnaround Time （TAT） achievement, man-hour records, work documentation,
etc.
与其他部门协作,处理关于产品进厂、维修进程、进厂周期、工时工作记录等事宜。
Qualifications and
Requirements 任职资格和要求
1.College or above.
大专学历或以上。
2.University
degree in Engineering discipline preferred, not
essential.
主修工科优先。
3.At least 2 years experience in Planning in an
Aviation environment is preferred, but not essential （with basic knowledge of
CAAC,FAA and EASA regulatory requirements and
standards）
拥有至少两年航空行业的计划工作经验为佳（对CAAC，FAA，EASA的相关规定及标准有一定了解）。
4.Intermediate
or higher level of computer skills in MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
Access, Visio software.
拥有较好的电脑操作技能，如Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access,
Visio软件。
5.High standard of Mandarin and English languages
skills.
掌握良好的普通话与英语语言技能。
6.Strong communication and people
skills.
具备良好的沟通和与人交往的技能。
7.Comfortable dealing with people in a global
work environment.
能适应国际化工作环境。
8.Previous experience in using SAP
business system preferred but not essential.
有SAP系统操作经验者优先考虑。
9.Seeking
candidates with a strong work ethic, sense of responsibility and a willingness
to learn
