Major Responsibilities:

Submit booking in forwarder’s system on time.
Working with factories, international sales and customers to make sure shipping documents finish on time and delivery on time.
Daily work with factories regarding the domestic shipments.
Work closely with merchandisers on resolving supplier issues
Work with US team regarding the factory audit issues.

Requirements:

Bachelor degree with 1-3 years experience in a supply chain/logistics role, preferably in fitness industry
Good communication skills in both of English and Mandarin
Advanced level of Excel spreadsheet, good analytical skills and high level of comfort in working with numbers
Demonstrate initiative and high level of time management skills
Persistent attention to detail and strong sense of urgency to resolve problem
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while handling multiple tasks, either in a team or individually
Good command of written English
