岗位职责：

支持并监督经销商进行种销售活动的执行；
为所在区域的区域分销商和城市经销商提供支持；
确保区域分销商具备一定的库存量用以支持零售渠道销售目标的达成
提供经销商库存的月报表；
确保有足够的库存量来支持经销商的各种销售和促销活动；
协调各种促销活动；
为区域和城市经销商的员工定期进行培训；
对现有经销商作评估和识别潜在的新分销商；
确保产品销售的顺利执行。


任职要求：

至少相关行业2年以上的工作经验，如有快消品经销商管理经验优先考虑；
具备优秀的销售技巧，对市场有洞察力；
有优秀的销售业绩
能够熟练使用计算机基本软件
成熟，诚实可信，有工作热情；
具备团队合作精神，承压能力强，能够严格按照时限完成工作；
逻辑思维清晰、沟通能力较好。

Over the last few years, the Company has made significant acquisitions internationally: of Royal Leerdam – one of the largest glass stemware producers worldwide based in Amsterdam；of Crisal – Portugal-based manufacturer of glass tableware which has helped to expand the Company’s presence in Europe. Libbey is also in the process of negotiating another venture in Mexico with Vitrocrisa.
