岗位职责：

· 开发客户；

· 了解客户需求并提供人力资源解决方案；

· 及时与客户进行沟通、谈判；

· 完善服务环节，在初期协助客服部门保证客户满意度；

· 做好工作日记，建立并管理客户档案；

· 完成个人销售任务。

任职要求：

· 大学本科及以上学历；

· 2年以上产品销售相关工作经验，销售业绩优良；

· 具备良好的销售渠道开拓能力；

· 较好的沟通和商务谈判技巧；

· 直面销售压力，具有强烈的工作进取心；

· 人力资源功底扎实，熟悉国家和上海市劳动管理、人事管理相关法律法规，了解招聘、

员工关系等人力资源管理职能，能提供专业的人力资源解决方案者优先。
