职位描述
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
-Prepare bank reconciliation.
-Cash management and cash transaction.
-Bank accepts and payment management, participate in cash flow management.
-Participate in monthly and yearly settling accounts.
-Participate in month-end close process.
-Participate in compiling annual budget and quarterly forecasts
-Processing and verification of expense reimbursement against policy/supporting documents.
-Processing and verification of vendor expense against policy/supporting documents.
-Maintain general ledger system.
-Maintain Creditor Master File in the system;
-Issue all the tax invoices and maintain tax invoice related file;
-Handle tax matters;
-Finance ad-hoc issue, particular off-site issues
REQUIREMENTS:
-Major in accounting
-Strong computer literacy in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
-Familiar with financial software
-Ability to speak and write Chinese and English
-Hands on and pro-active approach
