主要职责
1、负责整个陶瓷车间工作；
2、与奥地利卓泰克、美国陶瓷激光合作，选择合适的生产设备；
3、与人事部合作，招聘与培训员工；
4、设备安装监督，负责研磨加工操作；
5、车间日常检查，定期召开早会；
6、根据销售订单，制定每周生产计划，检查物料短缺情况；
7、跟进生产进度，处理不合格产品质量问题，与相关部门处理设备故障；
8、管理配件材料和个人防护用品使用；
9、员工日常招聘、绩效、激励和培训管理；
10、提高生产效率、产品质量和持续交付性能；
11、实现公司生产项目计划；
12、确保车间环境的健康和安全；
13、与经理共同制作每年预算，确保预算得到控制；
14、GEMBA团队的关键人员；
15、领导安排的其他临时性工作。

任职要求
1、大专以上学历，机械、电气类专业；
2、熟悉CNC数控加工及磨床设备；
3、有工程陶瓷加工方面经验。
Job Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for the overall work of ceramic workshop.
2.Selection of suitable production equipment in cooperation with Trotec Austria and Iradion USA.
3.Recruiting and training of staff in cooperation with HR.
4.Supervision of installation and taking into operation of grinding and milling equipment.
5.Regular inspection of ceramic workshop, arrange morning meeting periodically.
6.Make out the weekly ceramic production plan according to sales orders and check the materials shortage status as well.
7.Follow up the production progress, handle the quality non-conformity issue and equipment breakdown together with supporting departments.
8.Manage the accessory materials and personal protective equipment used in ceramic workshop,
9.The recruitment, evaluation, motivation and training of the employees in Ceramic workshop.
10.Improve the production efficiency, quality and delivery performance continuously.
11.Implement the company projects as planned.
12.Responsible for the health, safety and environment in Ceramic workshop.
13.Make yearly budget together with manager and make sure the budget under control.
14.A key member of company GEMBA team.
15.Other tasks assigned by manager contingently.
