Responsibility:
NPD
1.DFX review: work with EA team to evaluate and validate the new product to meet the design specification.
2.Quality plan: establish and manage the quality plan to actualize quality control in all process.
3.Participate in supplier sample assessment with EA and SQA to ensure the sample meets the product quality specification.
4.Create and maintain inspection instruction to actualize quality control for all process, including IQC, IPQC, OQC and OBA.
5.Perform training of personnel in inspection instruction to make good quality product.
6.Summarize and track TMP quality issue, take corrective action to make the good quality product.

SPD
1.Maintain the mass production status and update quality inspection instruction.
2.Lead the cross function team （EA, IE, PQM） to solve inline issue and track continuous improvement to make good quality product.
3.Track SQE to take correct action for material issue
4.Handle with customer complaint issue to satisfy customer according to 8D process: collect quality information, find out the root cause, coordinate and carry out continuous improvement with the cross function team.
5.Evaluate and validate second source product part according to the PPAP procedure to meet quality specification.
6.Summarize weekly/monthly quality information, review/identify improvement chance and lead continuous improvement projects to promote product quality.
7.Help to identify quality improvement opportunity, and participate relevant projects actively to improve bugaboo product quality and quality system in continuous way.
8.Supporting on quality issue handling for production abnormality and customer complints that are high priority or serious through risk assessment and confirmed by IPT Team （ or IPT Mgr.） .
Support IPT team to meet the RTY and OBA performance target.

Requirements:

Education
College degree or above, major in engineering, mechanical or management related.

Experience
3 years working experience quality management area.

Specific knowledge
Professional skills in 7 basic tools, 5 TS16949 tools （MSA, PPAP, APQP, SPC, FMEA）.
8D method and 5 why problem solving skill, 6 sigma with DAMIC is preferred.
Good written English skill.
Good computer skill with Office software.

Bugaboo products are now available in over 50 countries
worldwide, both at selected retailers and in the ***********
web shop. In addition, Bugaboo opened its second flagship
store in Berlin in 2014, following the first mono-brand store in
Amsterdam’s city centre.
