1. To control and Challenge the performance of XMF Manufacturing operations and purchasing operation in close relationship with the operation managers and XMF SC&M Finance manager

2. Deliver the good performance reports and guide on SC&M booking instruction

3. Provide the valuable analysis to management team on making the decision

1. Prepare financial, analytical and interpretive reports in a timely fashion (monthly and quarterly): Monthly report (bridge analysis, management P/L ), KPIs dashboard.

2. Assess and track Industrial project performance and profitability (ROI, expenses, Investments) - link between project and P/L

3. Set Yearly financial targets and prepare the Qtrly LO ratio

4. Implement best practices in close relationship with other ITB entities: Purchasing, performance, DVC labor performance, Group internal audit procedures

5. Drive on the opex controlling and Finance SSC booking quality

6. Support on the ad-hoc reports with timely and high quality

Understood & obey the requirement of EHS(Environment,health,safety), but also support EHS work

Compulsory:

1. Hands-on experience of ERP systems, especially for Oracle.

2. Good communication skill.

3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.

4. Self motivated, discipline, high integrity

5. Good command of both spoken and written English.

6. Understood & obey the requirement of EHS (Environment,health,safety)
