主要职责 MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES：

1. 确保根据每天或每周的情况对亚太区品牌形象及传送总监进行工作汇报。
Ensure periodical reporting to Brand Image & Communications Director (Asia) on daily/weekly basis.

2. 协助亚太区品牌形象及传送总监处理日常工作。
Support Brand Image & Communications Director (Asia) in his daily work.
1) 协助亚太区品牌形象及传送总监进行线上营销竞争工作。
Assist Brand Image & Communications Director (Asia) with online marketing campaigns.
根据亚太区品牌形象及传送总监设定的目标，协助实施相关推广工作（包括CPM、CPC以及CPP等）以及其他提高客源的渠道（包
括SEO、SEM以及电邮等）。
According to the objectives set by Brand Image & Communications Director (Asia), assist in implementing promotions (CPM, CPC,
CPP…) and any other channel (SEO, SEM, emailing…) to boost traffic.
2) 协助社交媒体优化以及维护工作。
Assist with Social Media Optimization and Maintenance
协助在中国社交媒体中增加公司品牌知名度工作，协助或独立完成相关社区平台建立帐号工作（包括微博、微信、社区、论坛以及
在线社区等），根据每日情况在这些相关平台上发布以及更新相关内容，并且在这些媒体平台上协助实施相关促销活动以及保持与
EPR机构的沟通。
Assist in enhancing brand awareness on Chinese social media, assist or independently implement work of setting up accounts on
relevant platforms (Weibo, Weixin, forums, BBS, online community, etc.), posting and updating content on all platforms on a daily
basis, and assist in implementing promotion campaigns on these media and communicating with EPR agency.
3) 协助开展客户维护和增加客源工作。
Assist with customers’ maintenance and development.
协助亚太区品牌形象及传送总监向客户发送定期邮件或者使用其他交流传送工作让过往或者潜在的客户关注公司的网站。
Assist Brand Image & Communications Director (Asia) in sending periodical emails to customers or using other communication
methods to bring former or prospective clients to our website.
4) 对促销活动的效果进行监督以及做定期评估，并且提供最有效的工作方案。
Monitor and regularly evaluate the effects of the promotion campaigns, and provide optimization
proposal.

3. 确保与其他部门经理和经理助理沟通有效畅通。参与相关工作会议以及做会议纪要。
Ensure the effective communication between the other managers and managers' assistants. Attend the
meeting when required and make related meeting memo.

4. 其他必需的相关协调工作。
Other coordination works when necessary.


职位要求 POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
1. 大学以上学历，至少两年电商相关工作经验。
Above university education, at least 2 years’ working experience in e-commerce jobs.

2. 良好的英语口语与书写表达。
Good English in both oral and written communication.

3. 熟悉电商线上推广流程以及电商运营平台，如CPC、CPM以及CPP推广模式。
Familiar with e-commerce online promotion procedures and e-commerce operation platforms, as
well as CPC, CPM, CPP promotion patterns.

4. 良好的工作责任心、积极主动、认真负责、反应灵敏以及勤奋可靠。
Sense of responsibility and initiative, serious, responsive, diligent and reliable.

5. 良好的团队合作精神、积极的工作态度，抗压力强以及外向。
Good team player, positive attitude, even-tempered, outgoing.
