岗位职责：
1. 管理和协调操作部的整体运作, 负责合理安排操作部成员的日常工作分配；
2. 负责特定客户服务SOP以及与承运人配合的操作规范的制定与监督执行；
3. 负责建立和维护与承运人客服及操作部门的良好配合关系；
4. 负责与拖车、报关行的工作配合与总体协调；
5. 负责操作团队的建设，对新进公司的操作人员进行专业知识与技能的培训；
6. 负责处理操作中的突发事件与客户投诉；
7. 负责相关数据统计和报告；
8. 负责团队的绩效考核工作，定期向上级汇报工作情况；
9．有效完成上交领导交办的其它工作任务。

任职要求：
1. 28~40岁，男女不限。本科及以上学历；熟练的英语听、说、读、写能力；
2. 国际货运代理操作经验5年以上，团队管理经验2年以上，熟悉国际物流操作，具备与船公司联络的丰富经验与技巧；
3. 客户服务意识强，业务水平高，专业经验丰富；具有很强的组织管理和协调能力；
4. 具备强烈的责任心,性格积极开朗,善于沟通,并且能够恰当处理各种人际关系；
5. 考虑问题全面细致，责任心很强；应变能力强，处理应急和突发事件能力强；
6. 有一定的预见能力，善于发现和解决问题；
7. 熟练使用办公操作软件。
