"1. Report to the Director of Project Management, responsible for hotel booking, transportation, meeting and travel arrangement.
2. Assisting Director of Project Management in developing weekly project reports, collecting reports and time sheet from project managers.
3. Assisting in communication within project management team.
4. Responsible for documenting, copying, scanning and transferring documents. required by business, organizing and maintaining project documents and records.
5. Responsible for arranging customer visits, hosting customers, organizing meeting, taking meeting minutes.
6. Other tasks as required."
