此岗位为6个月短期职位,如不能接受请勿投递,上班地点在金沙江路附近,我公司不收取任何费用,
Qualification:
1) College degree or above
2) At least two years experience in secretarial or office administrative work in multi-national companies
3) Good English skills, both oral and written
4) Good communication, interpersonal and organization skills, be willing and quick to learn, cooperative, responsible and responsive working attitude.
5) Integrity and detail oriented, be able to work under pressure.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work independently under pressure
- Ability to work well with all levels and types of people
- Excellent execution and follow-up to get things done
- Quick learning capability and be willing to take challenges
Responsibilities:
1) Purchase of employees’ PPE;
2) Purchase of employees’ working uniform;
3) Purchase of monthly office supplies for Lvzhou offices, Malu facility and other locations
4) Purchase of office furniture;
5) Purchase of IT equipment below Rmb2,000;
6) Purchase of other non-material commodities;
7) Management of Admin warehouse for Lvzhou offices (including daily stock in & out)
8) Update the List of Purchase Order;
9) Update the List of Admin Assets;
10) Support of Admin projects (e.g. company movement, office build-out);
11) Support of Company activities (e.g. Annual Party, company travel);
12) Other administration related tasks.
