职位描述

Responsibilities:
? Issue LOI for foreign engineer’s visa application
? Resolving issues when visa is rejected
? Liaison with agent for work permit application and renew
? Arranging Rental apartment
? Managing apartment contracts and following up contract status
? Liaison with Finance and Administrators for invoice process and timely payment as well as informing as changes
? FR process for new contracts & extension of contracts
? Resolving issues between the owner and the resident
? Purchasing office supplies and making payment request for Shanghai Office
? Sorting out receiving documents for Senior I&C Manager approval
? Making travel arrangements for Senior I&C Manager
? Support the Regional Administrator and Senior I&C Manager in other ways as they may direct

File system:
? Back up the copy of work permit
? Back up Office & Apartment contracts
? Back up all documents signed by Senior I&C Manager

Requirements:
Preferably someone that have good knowledge of Visa processes.
Bachelors degree with a major in Business Management/Logistic/English
? Must possess good English Skills in reading, writing and spoken language.
? Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access
? Two years administrative experience preferably with a multi-national Chinese company or Foreign Owned Enterprise.
Willing to overlook for candidates that have exceptional English skills and who are enthusiastic.
? Should have good interpersonal and organizational skills
? Must be willing and quick to learn, cooperative, responsible, and most importantly, flexible.
? Must have excellent integrity
? Must have the ability to work independently under pressure
? Must have the ability to work well with people from many different cultures.
? Must be able to function independently as well as with a team.
? Must be enthusiastic, well-organized and self disciplined
