Responsibilitity

List the 8-10 key areas of responsibility in descending order, with the responsibility requiring the most amount of time first. Use specific action verbs such as "manages", "analyzes", "files", etc.

1. Making and servicing bookings through our in-house Reservation System to match our customer's needs.

2. Follow up on lead and make outbound calls to convert leads to sales.

3. Achieve service levels and sales conversions to ensure the Company, team and individual targets are met.

4. Delivering a consistent and high level of customer service.

5. Consistently meet and exceed the Company's Quality Assurance Standards.

6. Provide accurate and timely information utilizing company resources.

7. Performs other duties as required.

Recruitments:

· Able to read and write English and Chinese

· Travel industry background/call center/ sales experience strongly preferred.

· Ability to work in a sales environment which can involve working under pressure.

· Excellent telephone etiquette as well as good written and verbal communication skills.

· Have the ability to interact with colleagues and customers alike.

· Be flexible, highly motivated and have a can do attitude.

· Be enthusiastic and enjoy working with people.

· Ability to work on rotating shifts, weekend and public holidays
