Duties and Responsibilities职责和责任

1. Be responsible for handling sales orders according to working procedures.
按照工作流程处理销售订单

2. Be responsible for collecting and filing customer documents:copy of the business license, copy of the registration, credit assement form ,contracts etc
负责收集,归档客户资料，如：营业执照，税务登记证和信用度调查表,合同等

3. Be responsible for handling complaints from customers and sales 　
负责处理来自客户，销售的投诉
　 　 　 　
4. Be responsible for reply the enquiry of stock,delivery and billing from customers and sales.
负责回答来自客户和销售的有关库存,发货和发票的咨询

5. Be responsible for monthly sales report for sales.

Skills and Specifications技能和要求

1.Bachelor degree. major in science and technology and this year's graduates are preferable.
