MISSION
1. Good implementation for Lean Daily Management
2. Good im[plementation for MICS
3. Support CRM sales team to achieve team goals

MAIN ACTIVITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Responsible for related data analysis
a) After sales data analysis
b) Marketing analysis
C) Reporting generation

- Responsible for Lean Daily Management (LDM)
a) CIS will be responsible for the following up of LDM project.
b) Sales force implementation for CRM sales
c) Generated hot leads thru sales history data analysis..
d) Transfer the generated hot leads to CRM sales/FSE team

- Responsible for new customer outreach
a) Contact with new customer to release necessary information to new customer
b) Transfer customer related information to CRM sales
c) Follow up status after 6 months of new customer outreach

- Responsible for consumables agreement management
a) Record related information of consumables agreement to system
b) Inform of CRM sales to renew consumables agreement before expired date

- Responsible for other MI care project
a) MI advantage program
b) MI loyalty program

- Other related activities of CRM sales

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor degree
- Marketing analysis background, two years management
- Familiar with Coding & Printing technology
- More than two years’ working experience in printing or after sales segment as sales support job roll or tele-sales
- SAP and sales force experience
- Good command of both oral and written English
- Good skill on office tools
