主要工作职责Roles and Responsibilities:
– Develop value proposition of China PB and leverage on OCBC branch/partnership/channels to beef up brand awareness
– Establish strategic partnership with high-end partners (e.g. immigration agencies, legal firms, overseas study agencies, property firms) and organize events/seminars for potential PB prospects
– Establish internal referral channel/mechanisms with CFS, BB, Investment Banking, and OCBC staff.
– Develop Member get member channels and drive up prospect sourcing.
– Cover Yangtze River Delta area including Shanghai, Zhejiang province and Jiangsu province, locate potential individual PB prospects and follow-up and convert to qualified private banking customers

Requirements:
? Have at least 6 years’ related experience for Relationship Manager or business development
? Consistently strong performer who builds accounts and grows revenue year on year
? In-depth product knowledge.
? Familiar with banking procedures and compliance standard for China
? Excellent sales and relationship management and business negotiation skills
? Good analytical capabilities, presentation and organization skills
? Self-motivated and confident with a high degree of initiative required
? Ability to handle pressure and tight deadlines
? Excellent team player and exhibit a high level of motivation and drive
? Degree holder with good results especially in banking and finance-related fields.
