Responsibilities:

- Information system (CLSi): run some studies related to information system security and help in increasing the staff awareness (communication, training…)
- Business Continuity Planning: contribute to the BCP strategy definition, documentation, staff awareness, contribute to the solution testing
- Organization project follow up: help in checking the implementation of the current projects run/ supported by Organization department, set up some post implementation control, run analysis for specific project such as regulatory reporting review
- Core Banking System: help the department to proper run the ISIS controls, follow the implementation of the COO Tool kit
- Miscellaneous: participate to any other project, study under organization department responsibility


Requirements:

- Student undertaking a bachelor/master degree, major in finance or project management major
- Student with prior working experience or internship experience is a must
- Good communication skills
- Language: English written, spoken / Chinese is a plus
- Proficiency with excel for data computing

(This position will sign one year employment contract with bank directly and renew one year)
